Event description:

Please join us for our first conversation on Tuesday February 12th at 5pm in Phelps 401, at which we will discuss such topics as: What types of research questions merit interdisciplinary research? How does one go about reframing the terms of a research question to render it legible to an interdisciplinary audience? What are the limits one can place on the scope of the question to render it 1. answerable and 2. intellectually interesting to both specialists and non-specialists alike?

Please RSVP to Mary (mary.gilstad@yale.edu) or Joe (joseph.morgan@yale.edu) so that we can get a headcount for procuring refreshments.

Additionally, let us know if you are interested in presenting your research this semester as a capstone or work in progress at the May mini-conference.
