We will read the Apollo & Daphne episode from Ovid’s Metamorphoses –– that is, Met. 1.452 and following. Printed copies of the Latin text from the OCT along with relevant sections of the running vocabulary and commentary by Geoffrey Steadman will be available, and cookies or donuts will most likely be provided.
