Held in conjunction wit the American Classicisms working group, Katherine Dennis (University of Wisconsin) will visit Prof. Erika Valdivieso’s seminar on Didactic in the Atlantic World (CLSS 818) on on Monday, Feb. 17, from 3:30pm to 5:20pm. She will present on the Maryland Eclogues, a series of poems from the colonial Chesapeake and their reception of Virgil. All are welcome!
