Philology Day 2021

Event time:
Wednesday, April 7, 2021 - 4:00pm to Thursday, April 8, 2021 - 4:00pm
Event description:

Each year, Yale’s Department of Classics hosts a Philology Day to foster conversation about trends and debates in the study of Ancient Greek and Roman literature and culture. Last year’s Philology Day, originally scheduled for April 2020 and centered around gender and sexuality in the Greek and Roman worlds, was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

After a year, all of the pieces have once again fallen into place, and we are finally able to host the event, albeit online.

Philology Day 2021 will take place over the course of two days this week, on April 7 and April 8, from 4pm to 7pm EST each day on Zoom: https://yale.zoom.us/j/93584596557

PLEASE NOTE that the zoom link on the poster is incorrect.
