Amia Davis will run a WiP Session on entitled “The Write Way to Finish Your Dissertation: 10 Tips for Writing More Content”.
Description: During this talk, I will share my experience at the Poorvu Center Summer Dissertation Writing In-Residence Program. Then, I will share some of the most common roadblocks graduate students face when writing their dissertation and offer ten tips on how to overcome them. By the end of this WIP-talk, students will walk away with a better understanding of how to structure their writing time in a way that caters to their individual strengths/challenges.
